This is an opportunity to cook and taste Gambian dishes

You go the local market with my wife and do the shopping together.
Cook together at home. Here you are taught how to make Gambian dishes in traditional style.

DAY 1
Early morning pick up (7am)
First stop at the brikama local market where you will interact and experience the local women who comes to wholesale their vegetables.enjoy the haggling over the prices
Tea break
At the Abcas Creek lodge,we will stop for a tea/coffee break or breakfast (not included)
From their proceed to Soma and lunch break in kudang/Soma.
Off road drive through Fulani local villages ,pass communities and huts built from grass huts.Drive through the beautiful wetlands and giant BAOBAB trees.Chance to spot wild pigs,Baboons, red colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys etc.
Hill top trekking overlooking the only fishing Hamlet and wetlands.
Perhaps highest point in Gambia.
Boat trip in the river Gambia national Park to spot hippos, chimpanzees,monkeys etc.
Travel upriver on the north and south bank to see Gambia on all sides and track the nomads(April to May). Overnight in Bansang River side lodge.
